    Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped find my lost ring during my first stay. Ava from the executive lounge is always so friendly! I'd recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back for the new year!

    the deluxe king guest room was brand-new, the bed was comfortable. exceptional service, just what we needed. the location was best possible, close to southover grange gardens. we dined at a particularly good nearby restaurant with chinese dishes.

    The staff were extremely helpful and amazingly attentive and the pool was nice. In overall the room was well-appointed and large and with a roll-away bed, a terrace, an incredible view. The location of the hotel was decent, near subway. I was surprised at nearby Starbucks, they had some goodies, drinks.

    The hospitality from the team proved amazing, especially Haley and Eddie at reception. The concierge service by Tom. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro.

    The shared internet connection with all guests can slow down wifi speeds.

    The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, and immaculate, with a particularly comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast offered a good selection of both traditional Chinese and Western dishes, with attentive staff were really nice, even personally delivering dishes to guests. The gym and pool facilities were really good, well-maintained, and clean, although a cooler temperature in the gym would enhance the experience. While the location offered convenience in some aspects, the lack of nearby quality restaurants was a drawback.

    The indoor pool was such a good oasis after my long explorations! I loved the spacious VIP Suite, where every corner was tastefully designed to. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic mix of Chinese and western options!

    We had a spacious Sky Garden Suite with lovely city views. The extended breakfast hours worked perfectly for our family, great to enjoy a relaxed start to our mornings. The lounge was excellent and accommodating.

    My kids wished there was more kid-friendly dining options.

    The breakfast was really fine, especially the live cooking station offering wonton. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke good english. It's also close to the subway and xi-dan shopping area, super convenient. The pool and health facilities were amazing, perfect after a long day of exploring!
